You can now receive access to our Starter and Pro subscription tiers and all the wonder benefits they provide in just a few clicks! Follow this step by step guide to learn how to upgrade your subscription tier!


Navigate to the Subscription section to manage user Subscription for your organization.


 

Your Plan


The Your Plan section displays your Current Plan, the Renewal Date of your plan, the amount of the Next Charge at renewal, and a link to contact our support team should you wish to cancel your plan.


 

Payment & Billing


The Payment & Billing tab is where you manage the Billing email for your organization. We recommend that this email address should be accessible by more than one person at the organization to ensure communication continues in the event that someone leaves the organization. This email change be changed at any time.



Payment History

Your payment history will display in the Payment History tab of the Subscriptions section. This is also where you'll be able to download invoices.



Plans & Pricing

Plans & Pricing is where you can upgrade your annual plan with just a credit card, or contact your account manager to talk through additional features and upgrade options.



To upgrade to the Starter or Pro plan, click the Upgrade Now button on the plan you wish to select. This will bring you to our Cause Service Terms page. Please read through the terms carefully and when finished, clicking I Agree will continue the process.


Once you've agreed to the Cause Service Terms, you'll be brought to the section where you can now pay with a Credit Card for your new plan. This page will also display what terms were agreed to, who accepted them, and when they were accepted.



Once you complete payment, you'll be brought back to the Your Plan tab which will now display your new plan! If you have any questions about your new plan, please don't hesitate to contact our support team at charity@tiltify.com or by using the Support option in your Cause Dashboard.
